Content Rules

1. Before you publish

You must choose the SFW or NSFW label that accurately describes your submission and accept these Content Rules together with the User Agreement. Oncilo records the versions accepted and the server time of acceptance.

2. SFW, NSFW, and adult themes

• SFW: content that does not contain adult themes requiring the 18+ viewing setting.
• NSFW: content containing only non-explicit, incidental adult themes. NSFW is not permission to publish pornography or explicit sexual content.

Select NSFW whenever the non-explicit adult themes described above are present. Do not label content SFW to avoid review or filtering. Oncilo reviews every public submission and determines the final treatment of the content.

Approved NSFW content is hidden by default, excluded from default Discover recommendations, and shown only after a date-of-birth age check confirms the user is at least 18 and they explicitly enable the Mature-content setting.

Oncilo permits only non-explicit, incidental adult themes. Pornography, explicit sexual descriptions or depictions, and content whose primary purpose is sexual gratification are prohibited.

3. Prohibited content

You must not publish content that:

• contains pornography, explicit sexual depictions, or is intended primarily for sexual gratification;
• sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or endangers a minor, including fictional or age-ambiguous depictions;
• depicts sexual assault as pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual exploitation;
• facilitates trafficking, prostitution where unlawful, or other illegal sexual conduct;
• contains credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, malware, fraud, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
• infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• mislabels adult themes as SFW or otherwise attempts to bypass review or filtering.

4. Review and enforcement

Public submissions are reviewed before publication. Reviewers may correct the SFW or NSFW label and determine how content is filtered. A submission that violates these rules, including one containing prohibited sexual content, will be rejected.

Published content may be reviewed again after a report. If the report is substantiated, we will remove the content from public access and may restrict the publisher’s ability to publish. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. A report does not by itself establish a violation; enforcement follows review of the reported content and available context.
