Seven minutes to rewrite a forbidden art.
A condemned mountain is falling. The only technique that could save it was erased from every manual—and survives in a defender’s wounds.

The opening scene
The ninth sealing bell strikes while the last forbidden manuals are still burning.
Sparks cross the broken bridge of the inverted archive. Beneath its glass floor, the cloud sea turns coral—and the underside of Forbidden Peak begins falling in slabs large enough to crush the villages below. Registry officers wait behind jade shields. Thirty-seven condemned cultivators remain inside the failing ward.
In front of you, an unclaimed Branch Ledger opens by itself and records temporary custody without naming a keeper.
